TERMS OF SALES
1 – Object
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (“GTC") is to define the respective rights and obligations of Éditions Mercia du Lac and of customer in the context of the sale of books, tarot cards, CDs and DVDs offered by Éditions Mercia du Lac.
2 – Acceptance / Changes in conditions
These Terms apply to all orders placed on www.editionsmerciadulac.ch
The Terms are subject to change at any time without notice. These changes are therefore only applicable to orders made after their implementation date.
3 – Price
The prices are indicated on our website in euros, all taxes included. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Goods sold outside Swiss territory are not subject to VAT.
4 – Sales contract
The finalization of your purchase on the Paypal banking platform, by pressing the button “Pay with Paypal" takes the place of a sales contract between the client and Editions Mercia du Lac.
5 – Payment
The payment of purchases is made via Paypal by a Paypal account or by credit card.
6 – Delivery
The covered territory is the world. Orders are processed by BJ Logistics on the day of receipt or the next day. The different transport solutions: Colissimo, UPS, GLS depending on geographical areas and traffic.
7- Exchange policy in case of error of preparation or defective work.
Any item not in accordance with your order or damaged prior to delivery may be subject to an exchange request.

This request must be accompanied by a photo, a description and the number of the order.If this request is accepted by Éditions Mercia du Lac, the book or the object of a return request must be returned in its original packaging, not unsealed, unused or damaged, accompanied by the invoice sent to you by parcel, to the following address:BJ logistics, 481 Rte des Prés Rollier, 74330, Sillingy, France.
8 – Personal data
The personal data that you provide to Éditions Mercia du Lac are intended for the management of orders.
They may be distributed to third parties responsible for the execution of these missions.
The use of the personal data relative to the customer by Editions Mercia du Lac complies with the legislation in force, in particular with the law on the protection of the data.
These are treated confidentially and securely. 9 – Legal framework The present general conditions of sale as well as the contracts concluded in application are governed by the Swiss law.
In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is in the jurisdiction of Éditions Mercia du Lac.
